V. ANALYSIS OF PROTEIN MARKERS ON EVs

    Single EV flow analysis is a powerful tool for profiling of proteins on large EVs, but often failures to detect pathological markers on small and medium EVs due to its sensitivity is not enough to detect low represented proteins.


  • We offer the services of highly sensitive bead-based flow analysis of membrane protein PDL1, EGF, CD44, EpCAM, CD117, CD29, CD24, CD66, CA125, PSA, CD105, CD47 and some others on EVs


  • We are also developing custom assays on request.

  • To adjust the differential centrifugation protocol to rotor(s) in use to achieve quasi 100% EV isolation yield
  • To enrich the EVs population of interest
  • To estimate the optimal time for zonal gradient centrifugation
  •  To optimize the protocol for flow analysis of protein markers on different populations of EVs 
  • To make the correct choice of tubes, filters for ultrafiltration and  other consumables that can essentially decrease the EVs loss during the manipulations
