ExoSense FACS kits
We have developed highly sensitive kits for FACS profiling of CD9, CD81, CD63, EpCAM, CD44, CD24, CD29, CD117, CD166, CD66, CD105, PD-L1, and other markers on small, medium, and large EVs.
The detection limit for the tetraspanins CD9/CD81 on small and medium EVs is 5 × 10⁵ EVs. The detection limit for other protein markers depends on their density on the EV membrane and ranges from 3 × 10⁶ to 10⁹ EVs.

Our innovative ELISA technology allows reliable detection of 1.5 × 10⁷ CD9/CD81 small and medium EVs. This sensitivity is 100 times higher than that of conventional ELISA kits applied for EV analysis.
