We have developed highly sensitive kits for FACS profiling of CD9, CD81, EpCam, CD44, CD166, CD117, GATA3 and other markers on small, medium and large EVs.
Detection limit for tetraspanins CD9/CD81 on small and medium EVs is 5x10^5. Detection limit for another protein marker (EpCam, CD44, CD166, CD117 and GATA3 and some others) depends on their density on the EV membrane and varies in the range of 3x10^6 to 10^9 EVs.
